Wall Mounted Heat Pump and Heater Guards

Our wall mounted heat pumps and heater guards are custom made to your specification and design, making them ideal for child care centers and schools, nursing homes, sport facilities and other places that require wall mounted heaters and heat pumps to be protected. Material Option – Mild Steel Wire.

Finish Option – Powder coated standard black or white with a wide range of colours available.

If the cage is going to be permanently outside, we recommend manufacturing from pre-galvanised wire or the unit hot dip galvanised after manufacture.

If the cage is out of the weather/not exposed to the elements, it can either be pre-galvanised or powder coated?

You will need to provide measurements:

Are the measurements the size of the unit or the size the cage needs to be?

Is there a required gap between the unit and the cage and if so what is it?

How much impact is the cage intended to withstand? 3.15mm gauge wire is lightweight protection, 5mm gauge wire is heavyweight protection.

How narrow should the wires be? I.e. Do you want to keep out fingers, hands, animals or just protecting the unit from bumps?

How is the cage going to be secured? To a wall, to the ground, or to the unit? Are there specific fixing points or can it be secured by screwing through any aperture in the mesh?

Are there any switches/ controls which need to be accessed? If so, please provide drawings and measurements for any cut-outs.
